It consists of one-on-one consultations, setup and configuration guidance and hands-on training – all in one convenient package. Your Onboarding Program Manager will be your personal guide to take you through recommended steps and best practices to ensure quick results and long-term success. Once your launch is complete, a Customer Success Manager will partner with you to provide ongoing guidance.
