What is the difference between all the packages? How do I know which to buy?
BlueJeans Meetings delivers a premium video conferencing experience that is simple and easy to use. The Standard package includes all the necessary video, web and security features for fast and efficient collaboration. The Pro package includes higher participant count, advanced meeting analytics and workstream integrations like Microsoft, Slack and Facebook. The Enterprise package provides access to rich analytics from one centralized dashboard through command center live, unlimited recordings, room connectors, and so much more. Can I upgrade from the Standard to Pro or Enterprise plan?
Yes! Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and under Billing Management select Upgrade to change your plan.
What is the benefit of getting an annual plan over a monthly plan?
You can save up to 20% by subscribing to an annual plan instead of a monthly plan.
How many participants can join a meeting?
The number of participants who can join your meeting depends on your BlueJeans license. The maximum number of participants for each plan is as follows: Standard - 100 participants; Pro - 150 participants; Enterprise - 200 participants; and Enterprise+ - 200 participants.
Can I upgrade and add more hosts online?
Yes! Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column. Then navigate to License Details and Edit Plan, select your new number of hosts, and save your changes.
Can I get unlimited meeting recordings with any of the plans?
Recording is available to all users with any of the BlueJeans plans. The Enterprise plan offers unlimited meeting recording to users at only $16.66/host/month.
Is there a time limit on how many meetings I can host each month or how long each meeting can be?
No, there is no limit on how many meetings you can host or for how long. BlueJeans offers unlimited meetings with all its licenses.
How many Standard or Pro meetings licenses (hosts) can I buy online?
As many as you wish. However, if you’re looking for a larger number of meeting hosts, we’d be happy to discuss your specific requirements when you complete this form or call us at (800) 403-9256.
How many Enterprise meetings licenses (hosts) can I buy online?
You can purchase licenses for up to 50 hosts on the Enterprise plan. However, if you’re looking for a larger number of meeting hosts, we’d be happy to discuss your specific requirements when you complete this form or call us at (800) 403-9256.
How do I access my subscription details to review or change my billing information, hosts, and plan, as well as review past invoices?
Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column.
How do I find my past BlueJeans online orders and invoices from 11/21/2019 through 03/16/2022?
If you need to look up any BlueJeans order purchased online between 11/21/2019 and 03/16/2022, please visit the Cleverbridge website and click on “Access Order Information.”
How do I change my billing plan from Monthly to Annual?
Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column. Then navigate to License Details and Edit Plan, select Annual, and save your changes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column. Then navigate to License Details and Edit Plan to cancel your subscription. The cancellation of your subscription is not a refund. Payments are non-refundable or prorated if service is terminated or modified before your billing cycle ends. Your service will continue until the end of your paid term (i.e., if on a monthly plan, at the end of the monthly period; if on an annual plan, at the end of the 12 month period from your Services start date).
