We’ve been working hard to bring you improvements and features to make your Blue Jeans experience even better! On Saturday, April 13th we released an update to the Blue Jeans service.

This release includes:

New Meeting Experience – we’ve updated our UI to make it even easier to use. Everything from joining a meeting to making sure your camera works has been made easier, and we’ve also improved video quality! Learn more »

New International Dial-in numbers (PSTN) – you asked, and we answered – now we support even more PSTN numbers, so you can dial in to a Blue Jeans conference from more than 35 countries.See the full list

Audio Enhancements – we know that audio quality is as, if not more, important than video quality, which is why we have improved many facets of our audio. From improved echo cancellation, to automatic noise reduction (keyboards, fans), consistent audio levels and improved tuning for various endpoint types.  Hear the difference in your next meeting!

Known Issues Fixed:

  • Users can now view their own call connection statistics
  • Corrected the audio and video mute/un-mute behavior

  • Starting April 13th all NEW Blue Jeans accounts and NEW trial users will have the New Meeting Experience automatically enabled.  In the coming weeks we will be gradually migrating existing customers to the New Meeting Experience.
