What is the difference between Standard and Plus? How do I know which to buy?
BlueJeans Telehealth delivers a premium telehealth conferencing experience that is simple and easy to use. The Standard package includes all the necessary video, web and security features for fast and efficient virtual visits. The Plus package includes all of the Standard features as well as advanced capabilities such as the Apple Health integration, Interpreter Services, closed captioning, and so much more. What is the benefit of getting an annual plan over a monthly plan?
Customers receive a discount for purchasing annual plans. A Telehealth Standard annual license costs $149.88 compared to the monthly annualized price of $168. The Telehealth Plus annual license costs $197.88 compared to the monthly annualized cost of $228.
Can I upgrade from the Telehealth Standard plan to the Telehealth Plus plan?
Yes you can! Starting as low as $4 dollars more per month to upgrade from Standard to Plus. Simply Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and under Billing Management select Upgrade to change your plan.
Can BlueJeans Telehealth be used for both televisits and internal meetings?
Yes, BlueJeans Telehealth can be used for not only telehealth, but also can be used for internal meetings between colleagues & staff.

How do I change my Telehealth billing plan from Monthly to Annual?
Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column. Then navigate to License Details and Edit Plan, select Annual, and save your changes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column. Then navigate to License Details and Edit Plan to cancel your subscription. The cancellation of your subscription is not a refund. Payments are non-refundable or prorated if service is terminated or modified before your billing cycle ends. Your service will continue until the end of your paid term, (i.e., if on a monthly plan, at the end of the monthly period; if on an annual plan, at the end of the 12 month period from your Services start date).
