What is a Per Room Plan?
The Per Room Plan provides a BlueJeans Gateway license for each video endpoint in your environment. It is ideal for customers who want to quickly get their standards-based room systems connected to Microsoft Teams meetings without preplanning for their usage.
How many Per Room licenses should I buy?
Each video-enabled endpoint in an enterprise should have one Room license. For example: If you have four endpoints, then you should buy four Room licenses.
Who can buy a license online?
Any organization or individual who is not on an active BlueJeans Enterprise meeting plan can buy online. Enterprise plans are typically plans administered by larger organizations. For more information on the different meeting plans, view the BlueJeans Virtual Meetings Pricing.

How do I change my Gateway billing plan from Monthly to Annual?
Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column. Then navigate to License Details and Edit Plan, select Annual, and save your changes.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to My BlueJeans, select Admin, and choose Billing Management in the left column. Then navigate to License Details and Edit Plan to cancel your subscription. The cancellation of your subscription is not a refund. Payments are non-refundable or prorated if service is terminated or modified before your billing cycle ends. Your service will continue until the end of your paid term, (i.e., if on a monthly plan, at the end of the monthly period; if on an annual plan, at the end of the 12 month period from your Services start date).
