BlueJeans Events is a scalable, cloud-based platform that enables presenters to interact over video and stream their event to thousands of viewers. It is the ideal solution for all-hands meetings, webinars, and large-scale events. Present from a computer or a room system and watch or listen via desktop, mobile, or room connection — providing access for everyone, no matter where they are.

The BlueJeans Event Promotional Offer provides select BlueJeans customers with access to one event with Event Assist/White Glove Support with no base subscription fee subject to the terms herein (“Promotional Offer”). To be eligible, the BlueJeans customer must (1) have received a Promotional Offer email direct from BlueJeans, (2) be a BlueJeans customer, and (3) complete the registration process.
Event Restrictions
The Event offered as part of the Promotional Offer is limited to sixty (60) minutes in duration, and can have no more than 15,000 Attendee end points. The Event Assist/White Glove Support is limited to up to thirty (30) minutes prior to the Event, sixty (60) minutes during the Event, and thirty (30) minutes immediately following the Event. The Event Assist/White Glove Support may not be available on all dates and at all times; please contact BlueJeans to ensure that such support is available at your desired date and time prior to scheduling the Event. Event must occur no later than October 31, 2019, and customer must have an active BlueJeans subscription at the time of the scheduled Event. If the Event is recorded, BlueJeans will only store it for up to a year, provided that BlueJeans may delete it prior to 12 months in its discretion.
Other Conditions and Restrictions
Certain exclusions apply. Promotional Offer does not apply retroactively to any previous BlueJeans Events a customer may have scheduled or administered, is not redeemable for cash or credits, and may not be substituted for any other goods, services or discounts. Certain fees may apply to the extent customer exceeds any of the duration or Attendee restrictions set forth above. Customer may not have access to all features of the BlueJeans Events Service in connection with this Promotional Offer, including depending on the current hardware, software and other services customer utilizes.
Promotional Offer is only valid for customers with Services purchased directly through BlueJeans; customers with BlueJeans subscriptions through any indirect, channel, distributor or reseller are not eligible. Promotional Offer is not assignable or transferrable, and may not be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount. Limit one per company, including its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates. This Promotional Offer may not be exchanged for, nor may the value be applied to, any other Services.
The customer and its use of the BlueJeans Services will be subject to all standard BlueJeans terms and conditions relating to its use of the BlueJeans Services, including all Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. BJN reserves the right in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend and/or modify this Promotional Offer at any time. Promotional Offer void where prohibited.
