Category #1: Most Innovative Use Case
This category honors an individual or organization that has demonstrated superior skills in applying BlueJeans video technology to support a creative or pioneering use case outside of traditional virtual meetings.
Winner: Wharton Interactive, The Wharton School

At The Wharton School, Wharton Interactive is pioneering new modes of education. It delivers entire courses as alternate reality experiences, using BlueJeans Meetings to scale hyper-immersive learning. While other solutions limit how many team meetings can be created per account, BlueJeans allows the school to set up unlimited calls. Wharton Interactive has seen almost 100% completion of long-form alternative reality courses, with 98% of learners saying they picked up something during their studies that they couldn’t have learned in traditional classes.
Honorable Mention: Jujotech

Jujotech provides industrial remote assistance solutions to connect mobile workforces, using select smart headsets, tablets, and phones in various environments. The software company has integrated the BlueJeans Android Client Software Development Kit, enabling its customers to achieve significant return on investment by reducing travel, optimizing maintenance, and virtually deploying remote experts. Through industrial remote assistance solutions, Jujotech enables instant productivity gains by bringing actionable insights to the edge in real-time.
Honorable Mention: Risolviamo

Risolviamo provides event management solutions for film festivals and B2B events around the world. To ensure an optimized platform, it uses BlueJeans Meetings for one-on-one meetings and online presentations at these events, enabling buyers, sellers, and others to interact and do business. The company has managed the technology infrastructure of over 50 online or hybrid events at film festivals, attracting more than 10,000 participants in total. With the reduced need to travel for meetings, each event has saved US$250,000 to US$300,000 on average.

This award category recognizes an individual or organization that has successfully navigated change/disruption to create new revenue streams, ensure continuity, or foster connectedness in our new world of work.
Winner: Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany

Using BlueJeans Events, Merck KGaA Darmstadt Germany’s global business units have continued to communicate with colleagues, customers, patients, and employees around the world during the pandemic. The science and technology company empowered 750 employees to create and execute events on their own, enabling them to carry out more than 6,300 events in 2021. In total, Merck KGaA Darmstadt Germany hosted more than 14,000 townhalls and events over the past two years — an increase from 240 to 250 a year before the pandemic.
Honorable Mention: Northwood Technical College

Through BlueJeans Meetings’ interactive features, Northwood Technical College has engaged students in virtual learning that’s simple, secure, and effective. Guest speakers from all over the world can easily connect to classes, giving students real-world knowledge at zero cost. Internally, the Wisconsin-based college has saved US$83,375 in travel costs by using BlueJeans Meetings for virtual lectures.
Honorable Mention: Findley Foundation

Findley Foundation uses BlueJeans Meetings as a safe space to talk with vulnerable clients, provide telehealth services, and offer a virtual option for its education and training programs. Since switching to BlueJeans Meetings, the nonprofit has saved US$216 a year in video conferencing subscription. More importantly, it has continued to serve members of its community despite the pandemic, making sure they can access primary care and counselling when they most need them. .

The category recognizes an individual or organization that has shown significant return on investment (ROI) as a result of using BlueJeans. The ROI can be quantitative or qualitative, honoring a diverse set of outcomes.
Winner: Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn Med)

Penn Med provides telehealth experiences that are uniquely designed around the needs of patients, clinicians, and staff. It uses BlueJeans Telehealth’s features and APIs to integrate virtual patient visits with in-house support tools, delivering services through a custom platform. Over the first 11 months of the pandemic, six hospitals and more than 200 practices adopted the platform, increasing PennMed’s reach, and enabling clinicians to serve patients who might otherwise have slipped through the cracks.
Honorable Mention: Array Behavioral Care

Array is helping meet the growing need for quality behavioral care in the United States. It provides virtual psychiatry and therapy services across the continuum of care from hospital to home — with BlueJeans Telehealth as one of its leading platforms. Together, Array and BlueJeans are transforming access to care, improving its delivery for underserved populations, and making a difference in the lives of many.
Honorable Mention: StudentNest

As a tutoring services company that holds a majority of its classes virtually, StudentNest is always on the lookout for technologies that can help deliver lessons more effectively. So when BlueJeans Meetings released its Remote Learning feature pack, StudentNest embraced it as one of its tutoring platforms. The company has since improved access to learning among middle and high school students, as well as attendees of its adult education program. Ultimately, this has supported effective learning, especially by providing marginalized students an engaging way to learn.
Category #4: Best Use of BlueJeans for Events
This award category celebrates the most creative or successful use of BlueJeans Events to support brand awareness, customer retention, or human resource initiatives such as employee engagement and culture building.
Winner: Red Hat

The world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, Red Hat, has been using BlueJeans for its events program called Red Hat Live. The company relies on BlueJeans Events to host webinars and expos, as well as internal gatherings, such as Red Hat Coffee Hours. With COVID-19 disrupting in-person gatherings, Red Hat scaled up its BlueJeans platform and delivered up to 130 virtual events a month, bringing people together from within and outside the company.
Honorable Mention: ConectUS

ConectUS uses BlueJeans Events to present to large groups of business stakeholders and to record content for development into videos on demand (VODs). Since implementing the platform, the distributor of telecommunications services has increased its output of VODs from one to eight a month. Its average number of viewers per video has jumped by 400%, leading to a threefold increase in the overall traffic to its website. Through VODs, ConectUS has continued to engage stakeholders, including during the pandemic.
