Zillow Creates Home 'Appreciation' Using BlueJeans Meetings

This led Zillow to taking a cloud-first approach to IT by moving over to AWS for their infrastructure and image hosting and distribution needs.

As Zillow scales its business, the number of employees has grown to support new business models—as did the need for a more modern, highly standardized communication method. To support this growth, Zillow’s Director of IT, Ryan Blackbourn, looked to the cloud-native, interoperable BlueJeans Meetings and BlueJeans Rooms to scale everyday communication capabilities, including collaboration tools and services, to make meetings consistent, robust, and easy to use across multiple offices and meeting rooms.

Zillow also uses BlueJeans Events to host company-wide, all-hands meetings where executive leadership presents to all employees via livestream.

According to Blackbourn, BlueJeans Meetings allows the company to have one, consolidated, “always on” meetings platform makes every room that much more robust. Each meeting experience is simple to use, consistent, and dependable every time—across 250+ conference rooms outfitted with Lifesize hardware.
