New Command Center Features Improve Speed to Action

Moreover, Command Center now features Live Auto Refresh so admins always see the most current data. Additionally, when a user indicates a poor meeting experience, Instant Quality Scores trigger notifications to IT teams so they can triage and quickly resolve the issue before it escalates.
 
 
IT managers need to make informed decisions around deployment, usage and adoption. To help make these decisions, Scheduled Monthly Reports in Command Center provide data insights and essential tools. These reports contain usage, call quality, user, location and endpoint data, and other key metrics in a pre-loaded, easy-to-consume format.
