Today, we’re excited to announce an open and accessible BlueJeans Studio demo tool that allows any online visitor the ability to experience the power of our new professional-grade production tools for BlueJeans Events.  Upon accessing the BlueJeans Studio demo tool, users can demo the new browser-based Producer’s dashboard that enables event moderators, hosts, and creators with the ability to easily produce TV-quality broadcasts with a few simple clicks.

BlueJeans Studio elevates the event experience with new production-grade graphic and branding options, such as wallpaper backgrounds, custom lower third overlays, tickers, logos and more.   In addition, users can stage a virtual event with the new presenter layout options that take presenters from a backstage area onto the on air broadcast screen in one simple click.  Demo users can enable their webcam to insert their video feed as a presenter as well. There are also multiple pre-built presenter layouts to easily arrange presenters’ video tiles on screen to better highlight active speakers and shared content to mimic TV broadcasts and news shows.

BlueJeans Studio provides moderators, hosts, and creators with web-based dashboard controls without the need for expensive equipment, OBS software, or technical integrations to produce TV-quality content within their browser. Producers, presenters, and attendees experience these new broadcast features without downloading software or other applications, making it easy to produce, join, and experience this upgraded event experience.

In addition to these new production tools, Studio has integrated and expanded many of the BlueJeans Events audience engagement features, like polling, chat, and Q&A, into the new producer’s dashboard. Moderators can now select attendee chat comments from the chat box and highlight them on screen with one click, allowing audience members to better engage with the event content. Easily sharing uploaded videos, images, and screen sharing is also available from the new Studio dashboard and streamed in 1080p.

This demo tool is designed to give event moderators a hands-on experience with the new Producer’s Dashboard, by highlighting the ease of use and new functionality of producing an event. Since the demo tool is not a live event, there are a few restrictions in this version of the tool that will be available at launch. Uploading new content, inviting attendees, “going live”, and streaming the content to social platforms is currently disabled in the demo. The full broadcast experience will be available with these features at the general availability launch of BlueJeans Studio in August.
