The Top Rated Awards program uses the trScore algorithm to calculate a software product’s score based on recent reviews and ratings. This approach provides an impartial and industry-wide recognition of B2B technology products based on customer sentiment, rather than a simple average. By analyzing product use sentiment, the program aims to improve transparency for both B2B software buyers and vendors, giving customers the confidence to make informed technology decisions.
BlueJeans has been a consistent recipient of these Top Rated awards for six years, with its most recent recognition in the web conferencing and livestreaming categories coming in 2022. Earlier this year, BlueJeans Meetings also won three TrustRadius 2023 Winter Best of Awards for Best Relationship, Best Value for Price, and Best Feature Set in the web and video conferencing category.
