BlueJeans Endpoint Support Gets a Big Boost with MultiService

BlueJeans is all about creating options for users, which is why interoperability is at the core of every BlueJeans solution. How do we do it? By providing end users with a diverse set of interoperable options to ensure a frictionless video conferencing experience, regardless of desktop operating system, browser, mobile device, or location.

For this reason, today from Microsoft Ignite Orlando and Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo Barcelona we announced the addition of BlueJeans MultiService for video conferencing devices that support SIP or H.323 standards. Now any standards-based room system is interoperable with BlueJeans MultiService for the same flawless video conferencing experience across meeting solutions.

Keep the collaboration framework you have. Invest in the future. And use open, standards-based BlueJeans MultiService for one-touch access to a variety of meeting solutions – including BlueJeans, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom video meetings – for a consistent experience from any room system equipped with BlueJeans Rooms software.

Don’t get locked into a one-size fits all contract. Your teams and employees want purpose-built collaboration tools. BlueJeans MultiService will work with popular endpoints from partners including Dolby, Poly, Yealink, as well as others like Cisco, Lifesize and more. And with BlueJeans’ intelligent management capabilities via BlueJeans Command Center, enterprises now have the ultimate in room system flexibility, choice, and control for connecting to multiple conferencing services.

The New ‘Mixed Meetings’ Reality
According to a recent BlueJeans survey of 700 US professionals, today’s knowledge workers spend 31% of their week in meetings—with many organizations utilizing a mix of video, audio, and web conferencing solutions. To better support internal and external collaboration needs, BlueJeans’ new MultiService support—directly for BlueJeans Meetings, via the BlueJeans Gateway for Microsoft Teams, or with room connectors for WebEx and Zoom meetings—makes it easy for users to join a meeting on the conferencing service of their choice.

At BlueJeans, we believe user experience reigns supreme, which is why we continue to push one-touch access to high-quality video meetings, so users don’t have to learn the intricacies of different room systems and dial-up codes.

General availability for BlueJeans MultiService will begin November 8. To learn more, check out the BlueJeans MultiService demo at booth #1621 at Microsoft Ignite Orlando and at booth #217 at Gartner Symposium Barcelona this week! #MSignite #GartnerSYM
