BlueJeans Meetings bagged awards for Best Feature Set, Best Value for Price, and Best Relationship, and BlueJeans Events won for Best Feature Set and Best Relationship. BlueJeans Events won in the webinar category and BlueJeans Meetings in web and video conferencing.
This recognition is even more meaningful because it’s based on what buyers say about our products.
“These awards are based entirely on feedback from their customers,” says Megan Headley, VP of Research at TrustRadius, a software review platform. “95% of BlueJeans Meetings reviewers said they were satisfied with the product’s feature set and that it lives up to sales and marketing promises, and 96% believe it delivers good value for the price.”
For BlueJeans Events, all “reviewers were satisfied with the product’s feature set, believed it delivered good value for the price, and agreed that it lived up to sales and marketing promises,” adds Headley.
The Summer Best of Awards aim to help buyers find the right software for their needs as more and more of them rely on user reviews to make tech decisions.
To qualify for the awards, a company must have received at least 10 reviews between January 1 and June 30, 2022. Winners also had to be in the top three places in their category.
Earlier this year, BlueJeans also bagged the 2022 TrustRadius Top Rated badges for web conferencing and livestreaming software solutions. The Top Rated Awards seek to improve transparency across the B2B software industry for both tech buyers and vendors. As a winner in both categories, this is the fifth year in a row that BlueJeans Meetings has been a TrustRadius Top Rated solution — and the fourth year for BlueJeans Events.
