A message from our CEO Quentin Gallivan, and Co-Founders, Krish Ramakrishnan and Alagu Periyannan:

Today, we are pleased to share the news that BlueJeans is officially part of Verizon!

In April, we shared with you why this deal makes sense for BlueJeans customers, partners and employees. In particular, as part of Verizon we expect to accelerate product innovation, expand market reach, and continue to invest in our award-winning customer care and partner ecosystem.

Today, organizations are relying on connectivity and digital communications now more than ever. As Verizon announced, adding BlueJeans’ trusted, enterprise-grade video conferencing and event platform to the company’s Advanced Communications portfolio is critical to keep businesses, from small organizations to some of the world’s largest multinational brands, operating at the highest level.

Besides complementing Verizon's mobile-first business solutions, like One Talk, BlueJeans products will also be deeply integrated into Verizon’s current and future 5G product roadmap.

As we have all learned during this pandemic, video conferencing is a powerful medium for connecting people so they can collaborate and work productively. By combining BlueJeans’ innovations in video with Verizon’s innovations in 4G, 5G and Mobile Edge Computing, we expect to be able to open up new use cases and expand our ability to serve customers in new and exciting ways.

We look forward to entering this new phase for BlueJeans and working together with Verizon to lead the continued growth and innovation of the business so that we can better serve our customers now and into the future.
