What’s your name and job
Krissy Bradbury; Project Manager/Chief of Staff to Chris Lewter

How long have you been with BlueJeans/Verizon?
I started at Verizon 16 years ago.

Now let's get a little deeper. How have your unique experiences and insights made you successful in your career?
I've held many roles where I needed to determine the best path forward based on the needs of the business. I am curious and like solving problems in a way everyone wins.

What do you enjoy about working at BlueJeans/Verizon?
The people!

Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?
I mean, where to start?! Honestly, our leadership. I really appreciate that the overwhelming majority of leaders I've worked with, from BlueJeans and Verizon, are very engaged. They know their business, listen and respond to feedback, and strive to knock down barriers.

Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Tuition reimbursement - I completed my MBA, PMI certification and took a Spanish course through Verizon. I'm not utilizing the benefit currently, but am always looking for ways to tap into it.

What’s the most unique part about working here?
I love the emphasis on culture and employees. There are so many ERGs, events, volunteer opportunities available and encouraged, great benefits and fun people!

What's something most people don't know about you?
I'm a pretty open book, I like playing outside, reading, traveling and building stuff. I fell face first in the mud backpacking once and thought it was the end.

Thank you to Krissy and her amazing family for sharing some great insights and for being our first “Blue Crew” Review.
