Walter Weisner is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at BlueJeans Network. Prior to joining BlueJeans, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care at RingCentral, Inc. beginning October 15, 2013. He also served as the Vice President of Global Customer Care and Operations for ServiceNow, Inc. In addition, Walt served as Vice President of Global Support Services at Cisco WebEx LLC, where he was responsible for worldwide call center operations, account management, installed base revenue programs and overall customer satisfaction. He is an experienced and accomplished executive with a track record building and scaling high performance teams focused on delivering customer success and a competitively differentiated customer experience.
