Top Workplace Modernization – Winner: ING Bank Australia

ING Bank Australia implemented BlueJeans platforms to enhance staff video collaboration, spanning from one-to-one meetings to company-wide announcements. With support for remote work becoming crucial during the pandemic, BlueJeans Meetings facilitated faultless communication and fostered a strong sense of connection among more than 2,500 employees. The bank organized an average of 17 events per month, with some attracting a significant number of participants. BlueJeans Events enabled effective communication from senior management and engaged attendees through interactive features — bringing everyone together through all-hands meetings and other gatherings. ING Bank’s implementation of BlueJeans played a vital role in maintaining productivity and profitability during uncertain times.

Implementing BlueJeans Events has further improved efficiency, enabling teams across the US to connect seamlessly and yielding significant savings on live event production. With the help of BlueJeans, Clark was able to improve collaboration with its stakeholders, trade partners, and internal teams throughout the entire project life cycle. Most Innovative Use Case – Winner: University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

UT Southwestern Medical Center uses BlueJeans video conferencing to provide innovative virtual healthcare services including individual visits, group visits, and remote patient monitoring. Within a week of the pandemic’s onset, UTSW trained more than 3,300 physicians covering more than 80 clinical specialties and sub-specialties to provide virtual care for patients. UT Southwestern also integrated BlueJeans with its electronic medical record system, streamlining the process for patients by creating a welcoming, consistent virtual environment. Throughout the pandemic and continuing today, UT Southwestern has emerged as a national leader in modernizing patient care.

Best Use of BlueJeans Events – Winner: Brentford Football Club

Brentford Football Club adopted BlueJeans Events for its inaugural hybrid Fan Forum last November, resulting in a significant boost in online attendance with over 500 supporters participating, doubling the physical venue’s capacity. The integration of BlueJeans Studio into the club’s IT infrastructure ensured effortless management of live streams, including presenter control, video and graphics transitions, and real-time background customisation. This streamlined approach allowed the events team to focus on flawless execution without technical complications. Building on this achievement, the west London football club will use BlueJeans again to engage with fans and its communities.
