This Promotional Offer (“Promotional Offer”) provides the entity signing up (“Customer”) with Free version of the BlueJeans Meetings Service, at the Basic plan level, subject to the terms herein. To be eligible, the Customer must have received the offer during the BlueJeans Free Trial sign up process, accepted the promotional free BlueJeans Meetings Basic plan offer, and agree to and abide by all BlueJeans standard Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms below.
Promotional Offer valid only for use of one Named Host for BlueJeans Meeting service, at the Basic plan level once the online form is completed and accepted by BlueJeans. Promotional Offer may not be renewed or extended. Customer understands that there are restrictions on the features in the service being received through this Promotional Offer. Promotional Offer does not apply retroactively to any previous BlueJeans Services or orders, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be substituted for or applied to any other goods, services or discounts. Promotional Offer is not assignable or transferrable, and may not be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount. Promotional Offer limited to one license per Customer.
Use of BlueJeans Service through this Promotional Offer is subject to all standard BlueJeans terms and conditions, including all terms set forth at http://bluejeans.com/site/terms-and-conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). BlueJeans reserves the right in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend and/or modify the Promotional Offer at any time. Promotional Offer void where prohibited, and the BlueJeans Service may not be available for use in all jurisdictions.
Additional Service Terms
- Maximum number of endpoints in a meeting is 25.
- The Named Host license may not be shared or used by anyone other than the entity signed up.
- Generic naming conventions for Named Hosts are prohibited.
- Simultaneous meetings/video conferences by a Named Host are prohibited.
- Any sale, resale, license, sublicense, rent, timeshare or transfer of Named Hosts is prohibited.
